Atma Yoga has evolved through many years of my own personal practice, inspired and influenced by the many wonderful teacher trainings I have completed and the extraordinary teachers I have had the privilege of meeting along the way.
Atma Yoga is an intuitive, heart-led practice that weaves together elements from several powerful traditions and approaches
The gentle stillness and deep restoration of Yin Yoga
The grounding strength of Hatha Yoga
Fascia, lymphatic health & hormonal balance — supporting circulation and the body’s innate capacity for healing
The transformative power and energy of Kundalini Yoga
Sound Healing & Mantra
The power of frequency & vibration Nervous system regulation, restoration & healing Atma Yoga is an invitation to soften, listen inward and reconnect with the wisdom of your own body — allowing movement, breath, sound and stillness to guide you back home to yourself.
In Atma Yoga, the breath is a gateway into deep presence. The breath is not only physiological — it is a living connection between our individual awareness and the greater consciousness that surrounds us. It is a bridge to stillness, healing, transformation and, not least, to life itself.
Embodied presence, the movement of energy, and the healing power of vibration through mantra and sound are woven together into an experience where you are invited to meet yourself exactly where you are, in this moment.
Through the practice, the parasympathetic nervous system is supported and activated, creating space for restoration, regulation and inner clarity.
Atma Yoga is not about performance or achievement. It is an invitation to gently return to your true essence.
A journey home to yourself.

A deeply nourishing therapeutic body–mind yoga practice. Feminine Flow is a freer, Yin-inspired approach to therapeutic yoga, combining gentle, slow and flowing movements with relaxation, stretching and meditation.
The practice is designed to support hormonal balance and lymphatic health, while also supporting the immune and digestive systems and encouraging the body to shift into a state of rest, recovery and restoration.
Through gentle movement, breath, relaxation and mindful awareness, we create supportive conditions for the body’s own innate capacity for healing — helping us feel stronger, more balanced, resilient and at ease in both body and mind.
Throughout the class, we also weave in lymphatic self-care. You will learn simple ways to support your lymphatic system and encourage a healthy, natural flow that you can continue to nurture in your everyday life. A gentle practice for slowing down, reconnecting with your body and supporting your wellbeing from within.
The lymphatic system plays an important role in maintaining the body’s fluid balance and helping transport waste products and excess fluid away from the tissues.
It works closely together with both the immune system and the circulatory system, supporting the body’s natural processes of cleansing, balance and defence.
During these five weeks, you will gain knowledge, inspiration and practical tools to support hormonal balance and lymphatic health — tools that you can continue to use and integrate into your everyday life.

This Yin Yoga practice focuses on stillness, softness and gentle movement. We combine the practice with deep relaxation, guided meditation and, at times, sound — allowing the vibrations and frequencies of gongs, singing bowls and voice to become part of the experience.
We also weave in gentle hands-on fascia techniques and vagus nerve release, supporting relaxation, body awareness and nervous system regulation.
In Yin Yoga, we remain in the postures for longer periods than in more dynamic forms of yoga. Depending on how you feel that day and what your body needs and allows, each posture may be held for approximately three to five minutes.
The practice is an invitation to slow down, listen inward and meet your body exactly where it is — without striving or performance.
In Yin Yoga, we don’t force or pull the body into a stretch, nor do we aim to push ourselves into our end range of movement.
Instead, we soften, relax and allow the body to gradually settle into each posture.
Through this gentle, passive approach, we can work with the deeper connective tissues and fascia without forcing the body.
Yin Yoga is a wonderful complement to other forms of physical activity such as running, strength training and more dynamic styles of yoga. The practice can be adapted to all kinds of bodies and levels of experience, and can be especially supportive for those who experience stiffness or limited mobility.
Many people also find Yin Yoga helpful for easing physical tension and discomfort in areas such as the back, neck and knees. Perhaps most importantly, it offers a beautiful counterbalance to a fast-paced, stressful and performance-driven lifestyle — creating space to slow down, soften and simply be.
You are warmly welcome. I look forward to meeting you in a space of loving kindness.

You are warmly invited to powerful, dynamic and deeply nourishing Kundalini Yoga classes, where we come together to breathe, ground ourselves in the body, move, dance, sing and chant.
Kundalini Yoga can be adapted to many different bodies, ages and levels of experience.
You do not need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience — you are invited to meet the practice from exactly where you are.
Kundalini Yoga is not something that stays on the yoga mat. The practices and tools you experience during class can become part of your everyday life — supporting you both on and off the mat. Kundalini Yoga is sometimes referred to as “the diamond of yoga”, as it brings together so many different facets of the yogic tradition. Postures and movement, breathwork, mudras, techniques for focus and awareness, mantra, sound, vibration and meditation are all woven together within the practice. There is a particular emphasis on breath in harmony with movement, focused awareness, and the transformative power of vibration through mantra and chanting. A practice that invites you to move, breathe, feel, listen — and connect more deeply with yourself.
Through the practice, you explore the balance between effort and relaxation while supporting your nervous system’s ability to regulate and return to a state of greater ease. Along the way, you may experience a softer, more flexible and resilient body, while the combination of movement, breath, meditation and relaxation can support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The practice helps cultivate strength, resilience and inner steadiness — qualities that can support you through the challenges, changes and fluctuations of life. It can also offer gentle support for hormonal balance and overall wellbeing. And perhaps… if you are open to it… you may come to know yourself a little more deeply. When we allow ourselves to embrace and be present with whatever is here, right now, something can begin to open. Kundalini Yoga brings body, mind & soul together, and for many people the practice can become a deeply personal and spiritual experience.
Meeting yourself on the mat on a regular basis is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice, and it is my joy to share these beautiful and transformative techniques with you. So come — let us meet on the mat.
You are warmly and wholeheartedly welcome.

You are warmly invited to an immersive Gong Bath & Sound Healing journey — a space for deep rest, nervous system regulation and inner balance. Wrapped in soft blankets, you simply lie back on your mat and allow yourself to receive the rich sounds and vibrations of the gongs.
There is nothing you need to do, achieve or understand. You are invited to let go, soften and gradually surrender into deep relaxation.
We begin with a gentle sequence of yoga movements and simple breathing practices, allowing the body to settle and preparing you for stillness.
Then you make yourself comfortable on your mat and allow the journey through sound to begin. Wear soft, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and fully relax. The Magic of the Gong-When a gong is played, it creates an extraordinary spectrum of tones, frequencies and vibrations. We experience these as sound, but the vibrations can also be felt physically throughout the body. The layers of sound can create an immersive experience that draws our attention away from the constant stream of thoughts and into a deeper state of presence, stillness and rest.
For many, the experience reaches beyond the physical — touching body, mind & soul and opening a space for inner exploration, emotional release and a deeper connection with oneself. Within yogic and energetic traditions, sound and vibration have long been used as tools for working with our subtle energy and chakras. Some people experience the gong as a sense of opening, movement or release within these energetic centres. A gong bath can offer a profound opportunity to step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and enter a space of deep relaxation and restoration. You don’t have to do anything. Simply lie down, receive — and allow the sound to carry you.
Sound, Brainwaves & Deep Relaxation
The rich tones and vibrations of the gong can support a shift from our everyday state of alertness and mental activity into deeper states of relaxation and inner stillness. As the mind begins to quiet, we may move towards the slower rhythms associated with alpha and theta brainwave states — states commonly connected with relaxation, meditation, creativity, imagery and the space between wakefulness and sleep. Some people experience this as a dreamlike state where the sense of time begins to soften, thoughts become quieter and the body can surrender more fully into rest. The often-mentioned Schumann resonance, associated with the Earth’s electromagnetic environment, has a fundamental frequency of approximately 7.8 Hz. Within some sound-healing traditions, this connection with the rhythms of nature is used symbolically as an invitation to grounding, harmony and a deeper sense of connection with the Earth. A gong bath can therefore become a beautiful journey away from everyday thinking and doing — and into a space of deep listening, presence and restoration. And sometimes, somewhere within the sound and the silence between the vibrations, we simply let go.
You are warmly and wholeheartedly welcome.

Choose between a 45-minute individual session or a 75-minute extended session.
During the session, you rest comfortably on a treatment table or yoga mat, softly wrapped in blankets. You are surrounded by the rich tones, frequencies and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls and other therapeutic instruments.
Sound and vibration have long been used within healing and contemplative traditions to support deep relaxation, inner balance and a sense of openness and flow within both body and energy.
The Gong & Its Vibrations
When the gong is played, it creates an extraordinary spectrum of tones and vibrations. We experience them as sound, but the vibrations can also be felt physically throughout the body. The layers of sound invite the mind to quieten, the body to soften and the nervous system to move towards a state of deep rest and restoration.
The vibrations of the gong are not only heard — they can also be deeply felt throughout the body. The rich layers of sound can draw our attention beyond the constant flow of thoughts and invite us into a deeper state of presence, stillness and relaxation. Within yogic and energetic traditions, sound and vibration have long been used to work with the subtle energy system and chakras. Some people experience this as a sense of opening, release or renewed flow within the body and energy. As the mind begins to quieten, we may move towards the slower brainwave rhythms associated with alpha and theta states — states commonly connected with deep relaxation, meditation, creativity, imagery and the space between wakefulness and sleep. The often-mentioned Schumann resonance, associated with the Earth’s electromagnetic environment, has a fundamental frequency of approximately 7.8 Hz. Within some sound healing traditions, this connection with the rhythms of nature is seen as an invitation to grounding, harmony and a deeper connection with the Earth. Theta states are often associated with very deep relaxation and inward awareness. For some, this can create a beautiful space for reflection, emotional release, insight and personal transformation. During Your Session The gongs and crystal singing bowls are placed close to your body, allowing you to experience their sound and vibrations at close range. Singing bowls may also, when appropriate, be placed directly on the body, allowing their vibrations to be experienced through physical contact. The session is designed to be deeply relaxing, balancing and restorative, while also creating space for renewed energy, openness and inner connection. No previous experience is needed. Each session is individually tailored to you and what you need in that moment. Your session may simply focus on relaxation and wellbeing, or you may wish to bring a particular physical sensation, emotional experience or area of your life into the session as an intention for exploration and support. We will talk about your wishes and intentions a few days before we meet, allowing me to create a session especially for you.
45-Minute Session — For most people, a 45-minute session offers plenty of time to settle deeply into the experience of sound and relaxation. The session can be created as a general journey for relaxation and wellbeing or centred around a particular intention.
75-Minute Extended Session — The extended session allows more time to journey deeply into relaxation and sound. It can also include an additional practice chosen specifically for you and your needs — for example, Reiki. You may also receive a meditation or yoga practice to take home with you, supporting whatever you would like to continue exploring after the session.
Come exactly as you are. There is nothing to achieve — only space to receive, soften and listen.
You are warmly and wholeheartedly welcome.
